I've had insomnia for the past two months
I normally go to bed around four a.m., it takes the better of a couple of hours to get to sleep. I’ve pulled a few all nighters. I’m kicking back on caffeine, down to one 12-oz can of Coke Zero a day before two p.m.. I’ve stopped taking naps in an attempt to get back to a normal sleep schedule. Last night was the first time I’ve gotten to bed before midnight in six weeks....
